Outdoor Recreation Access & Equity 

Location: New York, NY
Completion: December 2025This is a two-part project looking at how walkable NYC’s outdoor recreation is and whether they are equitably distributed. Utilizing datasets on OpenStreetMap in the first part, I first find out how accessible outdoo recreation sites are, followed by examining equity through layering social vulnerability indicators to test whether access actually matches with needs.
